Collect24 is permanent artwork identity and registry infrastructure — not a gallery management system and not a marketplace. Register the works you represent once and they keep a permanent Collect24 record, searchable by artist, medium and period, while pricing and client information stay private. Enquiries are forwarded to you: the sale, the contract and the payment remain entirely yours.

Register the works you represent
Artist, title, year, medium, dimensions, edition and description in one permanent record with its own Collect24 Art ID. Photographs can be your own, or referenced from your website with attribution and a link back to the original page.
Decide per work what is public
For Sale, Open to Offers, simply registered, or fully private. Prices, client names, invoices and consignment terms are never published — only the artwork becomes visible.
Enquiries go straight to you
Collectors send confidential enquiries and offers through the registry. They arrive in your dashboard and you reply on your terms — Collect24 never negotiates, invoices or takes part in the transaction.
Transfer a sold work to the buyer
When a work sells, you propose the transfer by e-mail. The buyer accepts in their own account and the work moves into their collection — your acquisition data, notes and documents stay with you.
Certificates of Registration
Generate a printable A4 certificate with the artwork details, the Collect24 Art ID and a QR code to the public page. After a transfer the new owner can download the certificate from their own account.
Artist pages that work for you
Your works appear on the artist's page beside museum holdings and other registered works — giving represented artists a fuller, verifiable body of work.
Provenance that survives the sale
The record and published provenance continue after the work leaves the gallery. An anonymous timeline entry marks the change of ownership; names and amounts stay private.
Claim your gallery profile
Many galleries already have a profile with their represented artists. Claim it to take control of the description, the works shown and the enquiries that arrive.

Ownership never changes without the buyer's confirmation, and the sale price stays visible only to the two parties involved.

Every registered work can be issued as a printable A4 Certificate of Registration: artist, title, year, medium, dimensions, the gallery as current collection, the unique Collect24 Art ID and a QR code that resolves to the public artwork page.
The certificate is printed without a background colour, so it can go on your own paper or stationery. After a transfer, the new owner downloads their own certificate from their account — proof of registration that follows the work, not the seller.

Using Collect24 is free for galleries — no subscription, no commission, no listing fees. We would rather have the right galleries on board than charge for access.

If Collect24 ever introduces paid plans, galleries already on the platform will be told well in advance and will keep everything they have registered.
