Many artist pages already exist in the registry, built from museum holdings and public sources. If yours is listed, you can claim it and manage the biography, portrait and links yourself — with a verified profile that says the page is maintained by the artist.
A permanent Art ID for every work
Every work you register gets a permanent Collect24 Art ID with its own public page — an identifier that stays with the work through every sale, exhibition, move and database it passes through.
Sync your whole website
The official Collect24 plugin for WordPress keeps the works on your own site in sync with the registry automatically. New works appear, statuses update, and your website stays credited as the source of the record.

Your registered works appear on your artist page beside museum holdings and works documented by galleries and collectors — one continuous, public record of your oeuvre, without building it work by work.
You decide what is public
Per work you choose: fully private, simply registered, open to offers, or for sale. Studio prices, client names, invoices and private notes are never published — only the artwork becomes visible.
Provenance that follows the work
When a work sells, you propose the transfer to the buyer's e-mail. The record, its provenance and its Art ID continue under the new owner — and both sides keep documentation, including a printable Certificate of Registration.
Enquiries come to you
Collectors can send confidential enquiries and offers through the registry. They arrive in your dashboard and you reply on your terms. Collect24 never negotiates, never invoices and takes no commission.
Corrections to records about you
Works that others have registered stay with their collections — but as the verified artist you can propose corrections to them, so the public record of your work stays accurate.

Most artists already keep their works on their own website. Install the official Collect24 plugin from the WordPress plugin directory, connect once, and your works sync with the registry automatically — new works, new images, updated statuses.

Keep the identity forever

Using Collect24 is free for artists — no subscription, no commission, no listing fees. We would rather have the right artists on board than charge for access.
What we ask instead is your feedback. Tell us what you actually need — in registration, in your profile, in syncing your site, in documentation — and it goes straight to the people building it. Use the feedback button in the corner of any page; it reaches us directly.
If Collect24 ever introduces paid plans, artists already on the platform will be told well in advance and will keep everything they have registered.
