Luleå Hamn består av fyra hamndelar, två allmänna kajer, Victoriahamnen för torrgods och Uddebo för flytande produkter och två industrikajer, Cementas anläggning för lossning av cement och LKAB:s utlastningskaj för malm vid Sandskär. Luleå Hamn anlöps varje år av omkring 530 fartyg varav en betydande del har en lastförmåga, dödvikt, om mer än 70 000 ton. Ett av de största fartyg som anlöpt Luleå var 266 meter långt, 38 meter brett och hade en dödvikt om 111 000 ton.
