Beläget mellan Åmotfors och Charlottenberg, ca 2 mil från den norska gränsen. Eda skansar (Eda sn). Befästningssystem med fyra välbevarade skansanläggningar vid den gamla riksgränsen mot Danmark-Norge. De uppfördes under 1600-talet och var i bruk till 1808-09. Delar av anläggningarna lär också ha tagits i bruk under andra världskriget. Landets sannolikt bäst bevarade gränsbefästningssystem.
