Porjus - Kraftstation och samhälle (Jokkmokks sn). En av landets första stora kraftstationer, byggd 1910-15 för den första järnvägselektrifieringen i större skala, Malmbanan. En fallhöjd på 50 m utnyttjades. Samhälle med för centrala verk karaktäristisk enhetlig bebyggelse. Uppkomst och utveckling har dominerats av Kungliga Vattenfallsstyrelsen.
