Källarruinen, det enda som återstår av det ursprungliga slottet Höjentorp. Under medeltiden stod ett slott på denna plats. Det raserades när danskarna härjade i Västergötland år 1566. Under mitten av 1600-talet byggde Magnus Gabriel De la Gardie en ståtlig barockanläggning på den gamla grunden. Barockslottet brann dock ned till grunden år 1722. Idag syns förhöjningar i marken efter huvudbyggnaden och de två flyglarna. Fotosyfte: Bildarkivet
