Socken: Västra Vingåker. Motivering: Brukssamhälle med omland och spår i bebyggelsen från 1600 till modern tid. - Uttryck för riksintresset: Vid Högsjö säteri anlades på 1600-talet ett järnbruk. Sedan detta nedlagts år 1874 ersattes det av ullspinneri och maskinfiltfabrik.
