Grundaren August Sandberg kom från en småländsk gjutarsläkt. Efter några år i Amerika slog han sej ner i Ebbamåla slätt vid Mörrumsån i Blekinge. Han satsade alla sina pengar i ett eget gjuteri och grundade år 1885, Ebbamåla Gjuteri och Mek. Verkstad. I början låg tyngdpunkten på marknadsgods som spisar och trädgårdssoffor. Snart övergick man till maskingods för tillverkningsindustrin. I alla år drevs gjuteriet inom familjen Sandberg. 1967 såldes Ebbamåla Gjuteri och Mek. Verkstad, men byggnaderna har fått stått orörda genom åren. Det köptes upp 1996 av Anders och Anna-Karin Randver och drivs…
