Motivering: Ensamgård med delvis äldre byggnadsbestånd i lågfjällsmiljö vid sjön västra Vattnan. - Uttryck för riksintresset: Gården var 1845 torp under Tännäs kyrkby, men inköptes av staten 1888. Byggnader från olika tidsepoker, bl.a. en lada från 1791, smedja, bakstuga, loftbod och sommarladugårdar från 1800-talet samt även renoverade och moderna byggnader.
