Bulltofta gård med folk på verandan och hästekipage i portgången. Byggnaden uppfördes år 1884 av ägaren till Bulltofta gård Ludvig Kockum och hans fru Lotten Kockum, född Halling. Efter Ludvig Kockums död år 1905 innehades gården av hans hustru, och efter hennes död år 1912 övergick den till makarnas fosterson herr Anton Werner. Denne avled redan år 1915, och äganderätten övergick då till hans och hans hustru, Ellen Werner, född Herslow, enda barn Carl Ludvig Werner.
