Lembkeska huset vid hörnet av Södergatan och Baltzarsgatan, mitten av 1880-talet. Byggnaden uppfördes omkring 1550 och ägdes i slutet av 1600-talet av rådman David Kröger. Garvare Edvard Lembke inköpte år 1844 fastigheten av garvare Malmquist. Efter Lembkes död 1886 avvecklades gaverirörelsen, och 1891 såldes gården till byggmästare C.L. Müller och stadsmäklare A. Tornberg samt nedrevs samma år.
