Looking toward the British Consulate building, also known as Her Britannic Majesty's Consulate, on the Shanghai Bund from a different building across the river. A wooden bridge, possibly a previous iteration of Waibadu Bridge, can be seen spanning across the river. A number of people are standing by the bridge.
