Kungsgatan 13, huset revs i augusti i 1954 var uppfört av sten i 2 våningar under valmat plåttak. Det var länge i familjen Jacobssons ägo. 1888 ägdes det således av bagaremästare C.J. Jacobsson, 1908 av dennes sterbhus, 1918 av fabrikören Otto Jacobsson, 1938 av änkefru Anna Jacobsson, som hade det tills för några år sedan. På 1870-talet tillhörde huset f. bagaren J.E. Reuterfeldt. Jfr ändringsplaner av 1865 och 1881 samt uppmätning av 1902.
