Rectangular bookplate affixed to the page with an oval plaque cut out in the center. The plaque is surrounded by a frame with a scalloped inner edge and decorative moldings at the top, bottom, and both sides. The frame is surrounded by different kinds of flowers and leaves, and the bookplate is brightly colored. Inside the cutout printed on the page, is a crest featuring a coat of arms flanked by two dogs and a bird perched on top. Along the bottom is a banner bearing the words "Vraye Foy".
