Reverse yra aprašas ranka mėlynu rašikliu: „Po vėliavos pakėlimo / 1988.11.01 / Pirmą kartą iškelta Lietuvos / trispalvė ant namo Kauno g-vė, / Nr. 14. / Iš kairės į dešinę Pranas Dobrovolskis / Romas Špakauskas / Laimutė Špakauskienė / Zofija Dobrovolskienė / Anelė Petrauskienė / Janina Počiuipienė / Julė Janušauskas / Kęstutis Janušauskas“, grafito pieštuku „Babtai tūkstantmečio nuotrauka“.
