Jono Mieliūno (1901 m. birželio 5 d. – 1941 m. birželio 24 d.) portretinė fotografija. 1941 m. birželio 24 d. traukdamiesi į Sovietų Sąjungos gilumą Lietuvos okupantai Juodupės (Rokiškio r.) daboklėje kankino ir nužudė trylika jaunų vyrų, dorų, iniciatyvių, aktyvių visuomenės veikėjų, vietos bendruomenių autoritetų.Vienas iš trylikos nužudytųjų buvo Jonas Mieliūnas – Rokiškio miškų urėdijos žvalgas
