Prie aksomine staltiese uždengto stalelio, padėjęs ant jo dešinę ranką, sėdi klebonas Mencevičius, kurį laiką klebonavęs Telšiuose, vėliau perkeltas į Barstyčius, kur mirė 1901 m. Konstantino Bružo, nuotraukos donatoriaus, mama 1898–1900 m. tarnavo pas jį. Kitoje nuotraukos pusėje – ranka juodu rašalu rašytas pasakojimas apie kunigą ir fotografo firminis ženklas su pavarde „W. Zatorski“.
