Kunigas Juozapas Razmantas (g. 1906 m.) 1950 m. suimtas ir įkalintas už tai, jog agitavo prieš sovietų valdžią bei kolūkius, skatino melstis už tremtinius. 1950–1956 m. kalėjo Solikamsko lageriuose Permės krašte, Rusijoje. Už antisovietinę veiklą 1963 m. vėl ištremtas į Rusiją netoli Jakutijos sienos. Laikotarpyje tarp tremčių kunigas Juozapas Razmantas važinėdavo tarp Irkutsko ir Krasnojarsko sričių, užsukdamas į atokiausius rajonus, ir ten gyvenusiems lietuviams teikdamas religines apeigas.2017 m. už nuopelnus Lietuvos išsilaisvinimo kovoje, sielovadinę veiklą ir Lietuvos tikinčiųjų teisių …
