Nijolė Vaitkevičiūtė atvyko pas tėvus – tėtį Igną bei motiną Eleną.Kuomet Vaitkevičių šeimą 1949 m. kovą buvo pasiruošta ištremti iš Tauragės – Nijolė pabėgo. Taip jai pavyko tremties išvengti.Fotografijoje moteris užfiksuota stovinti su dviračiu.
