Juozapo Romaškevičiaus fotoateljė, Telšiai. 1870–1878 m. Nuotrauka priklijuota prie gelsvo kartono suapvalintais kampais, kurio pakraščius rėmina plona ir stora aukso spalvos linijos. Apačioje augalinis ornamentas su kaspinu, kuriame yra užrašas: „VISIT PORTRAIT“. Reverse žalsvos spalvos firminio užrašo atspaudas: „Фотографія І. А. Ромашкевича, Тельши.
