Nespalvota, vertikalaus formato, portretinė nuotrauka. Nufotografuota stovinti didikų luomo mergaitė ilgais, ant pečių krentančiais plaukais, laikanti rankose lėlę. Oto Vaitkės fotoateljė, Klaipėda. XIX a. pab. Nuotrauka priklijuota prie balto kartono suapvalintais kampais, kurio pakraščius juosia plona ištisinė juoda linija. Reversas horizontalaus formato. Firminiai fotografo įrašai: averso apačioje – „OTTO WEIDTKE MEMEL.“; reverse – „Otto Weidtke Memel Libauer-Str. 20. Die Platte bleibt zu Nachbestellungen aufbewahrt“.
