Grafų Tiškevičių dvaro rūmų fone nuo ežero pusės – 2-ojo pasienio pulko kariškiai. Vaizdinėje pusėje įrašyta: „Astravas.“. Astrave 1922 09 01 mjr. Adolfas Birontas pradėjo formuoti 2-ojo pasienio pulką, apgyvendintą Tiškevičių dvaro arklidėse. Rūmų belvederyje buvo įrengta vaistinė, 2-ojo pasienio pulko vaistinės vedėju čia darbavosi felčeris Kazys Batvinis. Pulkas išformuotas 1923 08 01. Rūmuose kurį laiką veikė Žemės ūkio ir valstybės turtų ministerijos Biržų-Pasvalio apskrities žemės tvarkytojo įstaiga, kurioje matininku ~1921 m. dirbo keliautojas, esperantininkas, kraštotyrininkas, pedago…
