Rytų Galicijos ir Rumunijos paradas. Bendra karių, seselių, vietinių gyventojų fotografija. Užfiksuotieji laiko transparantus su įrašais rusų kalba, sveikinančius laisvę ir lygybę, demokratinę respubliką, laikinąją vyriausybę. Averso dešinėje matomas berniukas – paklydęs lietuvių pabėgėlių vaikas, kurį priglaudė vienas rusų karinys dalinys. 1917 m. vaiką globoti į Moldovą pasiėmė vienas iš tenykščių gyventojų.
