Betoninen bunkkeri valmistui vuonna 1972 rahtisataman tullaamattoman tavaran varastoksi. Nykyään se kuuluu Helsingin kaupungille, joka aikoo muuttaa kiinteistön uimahalliksi, liikuntatiloiksi ja asunnoiksi purkamalla osan rakennusta ja rakentamalla siihen lisäkerroksia.
