sisällön kuvaus: Takakulmassa päätyseinää vasten on Blüthner-piano vuodelta 1872. Vasemmalla pihaikkunan edessä pöydällä on vanha mekaaninen kirjoituskone. Bröyer (1897–1979) omisti kantakaupungin vanhimman paikallaan säilyneen puurakennuksen vuodelta 1816 vuosikymmenten ajan, kunnes siitä tuli osa Helsingin kaupunginmuseota vuonna 1980.
