sisällön kuvaus: Bröyer omisti vuosina 1912–1974 tontin taloineen ja asui itse päärakennuksessa vuodesta 1955 alkaen. Luostarisella oli vuokra-asunto kivitalossa pihan vastakkaisella puolella. Nykyään pihapiirissä on Helsingin kaupunginmuseon toimipiste Ruiskumestarin talo, ja kivitalossa toimii päiväkoti Virkkula.
