Jacket or caraco of cream-colored cotton (Indian sits) printed with floral scrolls in a stripe pattern in pink, blue, green, brown and black. Straight half length sleeves with folded cuffs. Long lap, flared from the waist. Closure in the middle with nine metal hooks and eyes. The jacket is lined with cream coloured linen. \At the bottom centre front there are inside straps to attach to the bodice. \Formed: On the inside, it can be seen that the jacket has been taken in. Most likely the jacket had a pli watteau. The alteration is nicely done, and probably took place in the eighteenth century.
