Boven: gezicht op het restant van het kasteel met in de verte Ubbergen, de heuvelrij en Nijmegen. Het kasteeel van Persingen in de Ooijpolder was in 1579 door de Spanjaarden verwoest; overstromingen met ijsgang deden de rest. Bijschrift: Oude Huys te Persingen.
