sisällön kuvaus: Puisia asuinrakennuksia Villa Toivolan (Meilahti 2., Seurasaarentie 1) takana. Villa Toivola rakennettiin Meilahden huvila-alueelle ensimmäisenä (Kesärannan lisäksi) vuonna 1870. Huvilan pitkäaikainen omistaja ja asukas oli Maria Åkerblom, uskonnollisen liikkeen perustaja. Toivolan huvilan alueelle tehtiin asuintaloja Maria Akerblomin johtaman uskonnollisen liikkeen kannattajien siirtyessä Pohjanmaalta Meilahteen.
