Officeraren är antagligen Viceamiral Itô Sukeyuki (1843-1914) ombord på flaggskeppet Matsushima. Sjöslaget på Gula Havet: Efter fem timmars strid den 17 september 1894 tog Japan kontroll över Gula Havet.
