sisällön kuvaus: Hallituskatu 14 (nyk. Yliopistonkatu 10) Mikonkadulta nähtynä. Rakennuksessa mm. Agros Oy:n konttori ja Aksel Ålanderin asianajotoimisto. Paikalle rakennettiin vuonna 1910 Selim A. Lindqvistin vuonna 1909 suunnittelema liiketalo, jota kutsuttiin Agroksen taloksi. Se rakennettiin alun perin kuvassa näkyvän makasiinirakennuksen ympärille (arkkitehti Waldemar Aspelin 1903), joka jäi rakennuksen osaksi viimeiseen korjaukseen asti.
