sisällön kuvaus: Raitiovaunuja Ylioppilastalon pysäkillä. Taustalla Stockmannin tavaratalo. . Heikinkatu on muutettu rakenteeltaan kuvan mukaiseksi vuoden 1935 kesästä alkaen. Kaupunki päätti vuonna 1935 kaataa esplanadin satavuotiaat lehmukset ja yhdistää Läntisen ja Itäisen Heikinkadun toisiinsa. Raitiovaunut, jotka olivat aiemmin kulkeneet muun liikenteen seassa, saivat oman kaistansa uuden leveän kadun keskelle entisen lehmuskujanteen paikalle.
