Johann Michael Seligmann gab in der zweiten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts die deutschsprachigen Nachstiche aus dem ab 1758 entstandenen Werk Gleanings of Natural History von George Edwards heraus. Das Blatt zeigt ein auf einem kleinen Hügel sitzendes Faultier. Unterhalb das Detail der Drei-Zehen-Pfote, rechts der Kopf des Tiers im Profil.
