Medium: Aquarell, Gouache auf Elfenbein. Die Elfenbeinplatte ist auf Papier geklebt, von dieser wurden Farben des Porträts mit dem Pinsel auf das Trägerpapier getupft, gezogen.

Dargestellte im Halbprofil en face im Oval. Sie trägt ein dunkelblaues Kleid, um die Schultern ein schwarzes Schultertuch mit Muster. Das Haar ist geschmückt mit einem Samtband und einem Diadem. Annette Blesson (1702-1782) entstammte dem familiären Umfeld der Künstlerfamilie Tassaert, ihre Mutter war Sophie Tassaert (1767-1842), deren Bruder Jean-Joseph Tassaert (1765-1835) als Kupferstecher in Paris und Berlin tätig war. Aus Familienbesitz Wilhelm von Olshausen an das Märkische Museum. Unbezeichnet.
