Heinrich Adam schuf 15 Aquarelle mit Ansichten von Stuttgart und umliegenden Orten, die in einem goldenen Rahmen gemeinsam präsentiert wurden. Das Mittelbild zeigt eine Gesamtansicht von Stuttgart von Osten (Kanonenweg) aus. Ringsum sind Ansichten verschiedener Orte zu sehen: Grabkapelle am Rothenberg, Frauenkirche Esslingen, Ulmer Münster, Schillerplatz mit Schillerdenkmal in Stuttgart, Schloss in Tübingen, Marktplatz in Stuttgart mit dem alten Rathaus, Hohenurach, in Stuttgart: Wilhelmspalais, Leonhardskirche und Stiftskirche, Schloss Weil, Schloss Rosenstein vom Neckar aus sowie das Neue und das Alte Schloss in Stuttgart.
