Group portrait of the Water Commissioners and Committee. The men are posed along the sides and front of the inlet and tunnel leading to Loch Katrine. An inscription carved into the stone above the tunnel entrance says "Glasgow Corporation Water Works" with details and a timeline of the construction below.
