In dieser Schnurrcollage wird Fritz Ruoffs Faszination für Oval und Kreis deutlich, die er in seiner Schaffensphase Ende der 1970er Jahre immer wieder in Zeichnungen und Schnurcollagen aufgreift. Das Bild ist absolut reduziert, nur die Schnur erhebt sich von der Leinwand. Der Mittelbereich des Bildes ist mit einen Streifen leicht rosa getönt. Die Schnur wurde von Ruoff mit kleinen Nadeln auf der Leinwand befestigt, dann übermalt und damit fixiert.
