Lithographie von J. W. Hermann, 1838 Hufeland wirkte nach Jahren in Weimar und Jena ab 1801 in mehreren wichtigen Funktionen in Berlin als Königlicher Leibarzt, Direktor der Charité und Professor an der Universität. Das Blatt stammt aus: Borussia. Museum für Preußische Vaterlandskunde. Bd. I. Dresden: Verlag von Eduard Pietzsch & Comp. (Druck von B. G. Teubner in Dresden), 1838, Lief. 11, Tafel zw. S. 88 und 89. Es handelt sich um die einzige Illustration ("Beilage") zur ersten Folge des in Fortsetzungen erschienene anonymen Textbeitrages "Christoph Wilhelm Hufeland" (hier S. 85–87). Provenienz: Erworben 2020 aus dem Dublettenbestand der Stiftung Brandenburg, Fürstenwalde/Spree.
