Die im unteren Teil partiell kolorierte Radierung wurde von August Seyffer geschaffen. Sie zeigt den Pavillon mit Brunnenanlage in Bad Cannstatt, den Nikolaus von Thouret 1819 am Sulzerrain schuf. In der oberen Blatthälfte ist ein Aufriss der Anlage gezeigt. Sie bestand aus einem offenen Pavillon, der aus 12 mit Rinde ummantelten Säulen und einem Strohdach gestaltet war. In der Mitte lag die als Brunnen gefasste Mineralquelle. Die untere Blatthälfte zeigt einen Grundriss der Anlage. Heute ist die Quelle Teil der Kursaal-Anlage.
