Das ganzfigurige Bildnis zeigt den württembergischen Grafen Ulrich III. in Ritterrüstung und mit Fahne auf einem Löwen stehend. Es handelt sich um eine Wiedergabe des Grafenstandbilds in der Stuttgarter Stiftskirche, das in den 1580er-Jahren von Sem Schlör geschaffen wurde. Das Blatt wurde von Engelhard Nunzer entworfen und gestochen. Im Stadtarchiv Stuttgart existiert ein ähnliche Darstellung von Andreas Matthäus Wolfgang, die vermutlich nach Nunzers Blatt gestochen wurde (vgl. Inv.-Nr. 9050/04143).
