Die Druckgrafik „Der Friedrichs Platz in Stuttgart, an einem Markt-Tage“ zeigt den Stuttgarter Marktplatz inmitten geschäftigen Treibens. Franz Schnorr erstellte die Vorlage für die Grafik im Jahr 1827. Die Darstellung zeigt einen Markttag mit Verkaufsständen, auf denen Waren angeboten werden. Im Hintergrund ist das Alte Rathaus zu erkennen. Max Schefold (Ansichten aus Württemberg Bd. 1, S. 74 und 111) vermutet, dass Schnorr häufig mit einer Camera Obscura arbeitete, um seine Vorlagen zu erstellen.
