Porträt von Elisabeth Stuart (*19. August 1596 im Falkland Palace, Fife, Schottland; + 13. Februar 1662, Westminster, London). Als Gattin von Friedrich V. von der Pfalz auch Kurfürstin von der Pfalz und Königin von Böhmen. Brustbild vor rostbraunem Oval nach links gewendet. Elisabeth wird dargestellt in reichbesticktem Kleid mit Spitzenkragen, Federhaube am Hinterkopf, Perlenband und Granatschmuck im Haar. Am linken Ohr trägt sie Schmuck mit einer sehr großen weißen und schwarzen Perle. Auf der Brust befindet sich eine granatbesetzte Agraffe. Das Bild ist vermutlich nach 1621 (Beginn des Exils im niederländischen Den Haag) und vor 1632 (Tod in Mainz) in den Niederlanden entstanden. Pendant zu HM_1986_0053_a
