Max Liebermann an die Deutsche Verlags-Anstalt am 31.1.1913 Berlin, handschriftlich, mit Aufdruck "Postkarte", Poststempel: "Berlin NW, 1.2.13. 12-1V., * 40 c". Max Liebermann antwortet auf ein Schreiben vom 29.1.1913 und erlaubt die Reproduktion von drei Bildern in Eduard Engels "Hausbuch deutscher Kunst. Neue Ausgabe besorgt von Gustav Keyßner", Stuttgart und Berlin, 1913: "Kuhhirtin" (Die Kuhhirtin, Eberle WV Bd.1, 1891/5, S. 387-389) "Flachsscheuer in Laren" (Flachsscheuer in Laren, Eberle WV Bd.1, 1887/1, S. 298-302) "Der barmherige Samariter" (Der barmherige Samariter, Eberle WV Bd.2, 1911/1, S. 799-801) Zudem bittet er um Übersendung zweier Exemplare von Gustav Paulis Buch "Max Liebermann. Des Meisters Gemälde in 304 Abbildungen", Klassiker der Kunst in Gesamtausgaben, Bd. 19, Stuttgart und Leipzig, 1911".
