Die partiell kolorierte Bleistiftzeichnung zeigt einen Entwurf des Architekten Ludwig von Zanth zu einem Saal. Im oberen Abschnitt des Blatts ist ein Aufriss des Gebäudes dargestellt, der einen hohen, unter dem Dach mit einem Lichtgaden versehenen Gebäudekorpus wiedergibt. Ihm wurde eine Säulenkolonade vorgeblendet, die an der linken und rechten Gebäudeecke von einem Eingang eingefasst ist. Im unteren Abschnitt ist ein Grundriss gezeigt.
