Die Aquatinta Viktor Heideloffs entstand 1798. Sie zeigt eine Ansicht aus dem Park des Schlosses Hohenheim. Von einem Turm mit verfallenem Dach rechts im Bild spannt sich eine Brücke zu einem Felsen, auf dem eine Gebäudenische steht. Der Turm ist wiederum mittels einer Brücke erreichbar, die über den im Bildvordergrund dargestellten Bach führt. Das Blatt "Der alte Thurm bey dem Wasserfall" stammt aus der Publikation "Ansichten des herzoglich-würtembergischen Landsizes Hohenheim nach der Natur gezeichnet von V. Heideloff", die ab 1795 in Nürnberg bei Frauenholz erschienen ist. Dem Blatt ist der Text beigegeben.
