Das ganzfigurige Bildnis zeigt den württembergischen Graf Ulrich III. in Ritterrüstung mit Fahne auf einem Löwen stehen. Es handelt sich hier um eine Wiedergabe des Grafenstandbilds von Sem Schlör in der Stuttgarter Stiftskirche, das in den 1580er Jahren entstand. Das von Eberhard Nunzer entworfene Blatt wurde von Andreas Matthäus Wolfgang reproduziert, vermutlich für die Publikation Johann Georg von Kulpis, "Gründliche Deduction Daß dem Hoch Fürstl Haus Würtemberg [...]", o.O. 1693. Vermutlich nahm Wolfgang dafür das Blatt von Engelhard Nunzer als Vorlage (vgl. 9050/01995).
