Die Turnerei ein volles Vergnügen / Erheitert die Seele, macht den Körper gesund. / Nach der Turnerei flüssigem üben / Gesellt man sich gern in fröhlicher Rund! / Als Fremder nun, doch Euch gut gesinnt / Seid mir gegrüsst von fernem Ort. / Bin ich auch nicht in Eurem Kreise / So schallt Euch mein "Hei,ei Heil" doch immer fort / Karl Dülfer, Cassel, Berlin den 25ten Dez. 1899"
