Eberhard Emminger schuf diese Ansicht von Stuttgart wohl um 1875. Die Ansicht zeigt die Stadt von Süd-Westen. Emminger zeichnete von einem Weg zur Karlshöhe (früher Reinsburghöhe) aus. Links prominent im Bild ist die 1872 erbaute Villa Single von Carl Friedrich Beisbarth in der Mörikestraße 18 (nicht erhalten); rechts die ebenfalls in den 1870er Jahren erbaute Marienkirche mit ihren zwei spitzen Turmhelmen. In der Mitte im Hintergrund sind die Stiftskirche und das Alte Schloss sichtbar.
