Marija stoji na polumjesecu oko kojeg se obavija zmija. Vitki se likuspravlja frontalno, s nešto istaknutim koljenom desne noge. Tijelo je potpuno pokriveno prianjajućim, oštrobridim naborima haljine koja pada do stopala. Plašt pada niz leđa, a naprijed je unakrsno drapiran u visini grudiju,dok podlaktice spaja velikipreklop trokutasto opuštenih nabora. Bogorodica lijevom rukom drži žezlo, a nadesnoj sjedi golo dijete velike glavice, koje ju je lijevom rukom obgrlilo oko vrata. Na valjkastom vratu sjedi ovalna glava uokvirena debelim pramenovima iz lica povučene kose i okrunjena velikom kruno…
