Die Abgebildete stellt vermutlich Louise Christiane von Holland-Brederode (1639 – 1660) dar. Sie war die zweite Ehefrau Fabians von Dohna (1617 - 1668), dem Cousin Louises von Dohna (1633 – 1690), Herrin auf Rheydt, der in erster Ehe mit ihrer Schwester Henriette Amalie von Dohna (1626 - 1655) verheiratet war. Und sie war außerdem die Tochter von Louises Tante Louise Christina von Solms-Braunfels (1606 - 1669), also ihre Cousine. Der Schulter und Nacken entblößende Kleiderausschnitt und der Perlenschmuck entsprechen der Mode ab Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts. Die Perlen lösten die in der italienischen und spanischen Renaissancemode beliebten goldenen Ketten ab.
